Roles
The Chief of Staff to the CEO of NAEHUB will be responsible for streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing intra-company management and communicating objectives between depts. He oversees all strategic communication between the Group CEO and the Heads of NAE depts as well as the Group Revenue Biz Units. The COS will serve as Secretary to the Board of Directors of NAE SVOD. This position also performs executive Admin tasks; relieving the GCEO of admin detail by receiving and handling inquiries, following up on projects and requests related to departmental activities from internal and external stake holders.
This role is a key support position for the company working as the ‘right-hand’ to the GCEO and acting as an ambassador of the Company, exemplifying the company culture. The incumbent multi-tasks in order to handle a multitude of short and long-term projects; with sometimes, competing and conflicting levels of priority and liaise among the office of the GCEO, the Execs, SBU Heads and other internal / external stakeholders.
Duties
- Prioritize and ensure that business reports and correspondence are dealt with efficiently and promptly
- Arranges complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
- Plans, coordinates and ensures the GCEO's schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and gateway" role, creating win- win situations for direct access to the GCEO's time and office
- Monitors progress of assignments, ensuring that responses are timely and in accordance with office and dept. policy/procedures
- Identify and take any follow up action arising from the minutes meeting that are required
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the GCEO's office and internal depts; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff
- Relay directives, instructions and assignment to staff as directed by GCEO.
- Greet and receives visitors for GCEO
- Edits and completes first drafts for written communications to external stake holders
- Updates and maintains list of all internal and external customer contacts
- Handles a variety of complex, confidential situations and resolves conflicts involving the clerical and admin staff.

- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
- Manage GCEO’s diary and Schedule meetings
- Take meeting minutes, write reports, prepare correspondence and prioritize items that need attention of GCEO.

- Assist GCEO in preparing a GCEO 's expense report, reconciling credit card statements or submitting billing info.
- Assist in other personal tasks assigned by GCEO which will help GCEO save time and optimize performance
Qualification
- A first degree in Biz Admin, PR. Acting or training can be a useful preparation.

Major Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and implementing social media plans and specific tactics across all channels of social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Four-square and more) for key annual events as well as additional opportunities as identified. Monitor and track all social media initiatives and tactics implemented by organization and develop reports on those findings.
- Execute Company’s daily social media activities, including posting to and updating its social media platforms.
Attend PR and social media events as necessary.
Help curate the social media editorial calendar while also responsible for developing and creating content. Directly engage Universal friends and fans via social media platforms, fostering conversations and relationships.

Screenwriters are an essential part of any film because they're responsible for creating the dialogue, characters and storyline that make up a movie script, or screenplay. They often specialize in a genre, such as Comedy, Drama, Thriller or Science Fiction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and research ideas for original movie screenplays.
- Create an initial framework, or treatment, for screenplays.
- Write or adapt a story into a script.
- Meet with film executives to pitch screenplays and ideas.
- Weave together visual elements in scenes with plot and dialogue.
